The Environmental Working Group (EWG) has used research and studies to determine which fruits and vegtables are the most and least likely to contain pesticide residues. This is a great source for determining which foods you should buy for a healthy lifestyle. The EWG studies have concluded that personal pesticide exposure can be reduced by as much as 90% by simply avoiding the top twelve most contaminated foods.
